Pacquiao has the best chance. Paul Williams has the better chance out of anyone but he isn't on the list and sadly, people aren't demanding that.

Hoping Pacquiao is the first in order to iron out any doubts about how far he has come.
Most likely it'll be Mosley though. If the man can get his feet back for this fight PBF would be overwhelmed IMO.
