De La Hoya and Hopkins treat him like a nobody when he's currently their only star. Leaving him to face the post-fight press conference of his first loss alone was cold.

Y'all got crazy takes lmfao. Ryan is popular BEYOND boxing. Boxing isn't how he built his brand & his brand doesn't live or die on his success in the ring.

Its like they want their own business to fail over giving this kid some basic ass respect. Its wild, but not surprising with how they fumbled the bag with the biggest name in the game too. If they fooked up sh^t with Alvarez you know they don't give a fook about fooking sh^t up with Ryan.

            Agreed.

Ry can join PBC, make more money, get treated better by Al Haymon, and he can leave without Haymon acting like a crazy petty ex girlfriend.

respect is earned. When you're disrespectful towards others don't expect them to respect you.

He is popular because of boxing and how he was marketed. His looks and social media appeal went hand I hand with the sport and how Oscar was able to capitalize on that. What is his talent outside of boxing? If he loses his next fight what’s his post-boxing career path? I think if he loses again the sponsors start to dry up and so does his popularity.
