Chenko would chew up everyone prime GGGG fought (his MW run)

I guess the one knock so called fight fans have against Nelo, as opposed to worshipping GGG, Nelo can't fight everyone at the same time.

Maybe he should have made a lame AF promise like GGG did
I’ll let you tell’m… just know, haters around here are in denial like a recently broken up female. They’re just like that matter fact

What I felt canelo exposed was the narrative they GGG was going to KO canelo and he eas this KO artist killing machine that he was built up to be by knocking out lesser opposition up until the Jacob’s fight. He did also KO kell brook but kell was a 47 moving up to 60 so that isn’t too impressive it was more expected then anything else. So yes, GGG didn’t do sh.it to canelo as far as living up to what was expected of him to do which was knock canelo out just like he been knocking most of all of his opponents. People on here were talking crazy about him knocking canelo out stopping him inside 6 rounds and all kinds of absurd things, the disrespect was real for canelo up in these forums. That’s what canelo expose of him. You say canelo waited him out for the third but let’s not forget Canelo beat ggg Mexican style in the rematch 1 yr after the first fight. You can say what you want if it was close or not but fact is canelo beat him and yes I agree moving up in weight and fighting the guys he fought was probably an easier route then the trilogy but after all the sh.it talking and animosity between the two camps I don’t blame canelo. I’d of never even given him the 3rd at all if I were him so the fact he gave him the third regardless if it was 4 5 or 10 years later sh.it he still did and didn’t have to. He had already beat him. Why did canelo have to do that? Give canelo the credit he deserves. At the end of the day, canelo made those fights happen and he will make the Benavidez fight happen too. I don’t feel like Benavidez is an easy fight and I never said it would be, matter fact I’m leaning Benavidez whenever that fight happens. But what I’m going to tell you and everyone else that thinks Benavidez will walk canelo down and overwhelm him with volume punching, that’s not gonna happen. It’ll be back and forth and people will be crying on here talking about “oh well Benavidez was paid to fight that way, he didn’t fight like he usually does” I see it already l. Well, that won’t be the case, it’s called levels. Canelo is special, it’ll be tough for both.
I can agree with just about everything you said here.

The Benevitez bout would be insane when it happens. I know Benevitez is still young and still hasn’t fought in big big bouts yet against big time opponents, but his resume is half way decent for what he is. And so far, he’s looked good.

He's not a masterclass boxer, but he doesn’t have to be. I loved the tenacity and adjustments he made in the 2nd half of the bout with Plant. And Plant fought well and executed a great gameplan in his own right. But Benevitez stayed the course and I was impressed.

The problem with Benevitez is a guy with his type of style doesn’t usually last long and they tend to burn out quick.

History would tend to confirm your thoughts on Benavidez style, but to his defense, he is still young and can learn to adapt his style to one that’ll allow better chances of longevity. For now, the boy has done fantastic with the fighters he’s fought and can’t take that away from him. I would love to see him vs canelo obviously, but also you have morrell, Bivol, and beterbiev he can test himself with, sharpen his skills, and add to the toolbox. He seems like he doesn’t back away from any challenge, let’s see if he one day becomes a household name and is in a similar situation like past superstars and see then what type of fights he makes. A lot easier to take on the “I’ll fight anyone” narrative when you aren’t at the top of the sport yet.

I do thnk he gets a bit too critical of Canelo. I wondered why, and I am guessing it's because of the positive test years ago for clenbuterol.

I think he has doubs about his innocence. I don't know, but I gave Canelo the benefit of the doubt.

Of course, would love to see fights where Canelo, Benavidez and Morrell fight each other.

Teddy has been in the training business for 40 years and I am tired of these guys playing dumb with the public everytime a fighter pops for PEDs, he knows damn well 99% of the top fighters are all on PEDs, just stop the bullchitting already, the fake shocked reactions everytime there is a failed test in the sport.

Benavidez wouldn't have stopped 40 year old GGG, he couldn't even stop Plant, he's not undersized LeMeiux. 35 year old GGG mauls Benavidez.

That is speculation. GGG is free to fight Benavidez at any time and Ive never heard him say his name. I would pick david by stoppage. GGG looked lethargic, he has no timing or reflexes anymore. David would work him over.
