I'd like to see him go up against Clottey or Williams win or lose.
      If not, Timothy Bradley.

You know, normally I do not like to get into exchanges with people obsessed with fighters. I am a boxing fan, I love the sport, so I try not to get involved in arguments that are meaningless. However, in your case I feel the need to correct you. Mayweathers opponents in the welterweight division, excluding Mitchell since you mentioned him already, Judah (coming of a lose to Baldomir, not the best WW at the time), Baldomir (solid but not the best), Hatton (not a welter) and Juan Manuel Marquez (again not a welter). His fight with De la Hoya was at 154, another fighter past his prime.
So you know, if he is saying that he is not waiting for the Pacquiao-Cotto winner (check the link)

then maybe he can fight some of these fighters I listed, since its obvious that he is not looking for better opposition at the moment.
