To say no one knows who Boots is, ur crazy. Everyone knows who Boots is, which is why no one wants to fight him. And he's a world champ now. Anyone who wants a title shot can come see him. And whoever claims to not know Boots, will know him real well, as soon as anyone with a name grows some heart and steps in the ring with him. When a guy has a world title and no contenders or other champs are asking to fight him or sending any offers his way, there's no excuse that can make that appear to be anything other than what it is.
