As far as Margarito is concerned Floyd "ducked" him so he could fight the RING magazine champion at 147, which was Carlos Baldomir. At that time Margarito was considered number 3 at welterweight. Who, in his right mind (except for you), would choose to fight the number 3 guy in the division instead of Number 1?
