There is no one else in the p4p rankings that have a name, have a weight from 135 to 147, and that will make him serious $$$ other than Mosley and the winner of Pac vs Cotto. If he wants to sit and wait until the winner of Pac vs Cotto, I could care less, but those are his only options.
