How come I never heard about Jacob "Panda" Najar?

This guy that goes by Jay/Panda rarely speaks out for someone in his position, doesn't have that much info on the internet and didn't come up in the conversation as potential trainer of the year despite having a talented stable of fighters.

(The guy in the very left)

    His current top fighters are:
William "Camaron" Zepeda (135) (29-0 25 KOs) MX, fought: Rene Alvarado, Hector Tanajara, Joseph Diaz Jr and Mercito Gesta.

Subriel "Browny" Matias (140) (20-1 20 KOs) PR, fought: Maxim Dadashev, Petros Ananyan, Jeremias Ponce and Shohjahon Ergashev.

Emmanuel "El Sensacional" Rodríguez (118) (22-2 13 KOs) PR, fought: Paul Butler, Jason Maloney, Gary Antonio Russell and Melvin Lopez. (Lost to Inoue by 2nd round KO and Reymart Gaballo by controversial split decision)

Kevin "El Chacal" Gonzalez (122) (25-0-1 13 KOs) MX, fought: Only Jose Sanmartin so far, however he is fighting Murodjon Akhmadaliev in Rodriguez vs Edwards undercard in December 16.

Angel "Camaleon" Ayala (112) (17-0 7 KOs) MX, fought: Cristofer Rosales and Felix Alvarado. (won what should be considered a controversial split decision, both fighters put a great fight and could had easily went to Felix, nonetheless, impressive performance for a 23 year old)

Same thing with Shingo Inoue. He's never even been mentioned as in the running for Trainer of the Year.

This Panda guy has way more top fighters. And I had never even heard of him.

He's super low key real humble guy I've heard some of his interviews and he knows his boxing no coincidence why he's producing all these champs.

What “champS”. If he wasn’t Mexican, you’d be telling us how overrated he is. Another racist post by the king of that bu!!shyte.

Admit it, every regular poster here knows it, you are the alt of the banned poster Trey Shaw and you’ve been banned here many times for making racist posts. I strongly suspect that this isn’t the first time you’ve been banned and then created an alt. Am I correct?

He used to help out in Lee Espinoza's gym in Coachella California.

I would see him help out in the Amateur tournaments about 10 years back.

What I heard was that through his connections he made in the amateurs fighters started going to him.

Real life "started from the bottom" story. I wish this Panda vato much more success.

Panda needs to start getting some consideration for Trainer of the Year awards.
