                      and why do you think they do that? cause they are scared of the pros? its economically driven. its because they cant turn pro and make a living if they turned pro at 18,19 etc...which promoter is going to sign a random guy from kazakhstan with mediocre amateur accomplishments and who doesnt speak english etc...? no one. big promoters dont want to sign a guy from a small country with no fanbase unless they know hes the goods. it takes amateur world championships, olympic success, etc...a guy like loma prob should have turned pro years earlier but ggg turned pro pretty quickly after his major amateur success' he didnt have the luxury of being signed based on potential.
