What's going on with the prelims? I thought there was another fight. Breadman has been giving a monologue for the past 30 minutes.

Showtime is the worst with prelims. A hyped up prospect in Moton and a fight between two 130 lb contenders going to be off-tv fights after the card , instead of airing one and letting the fans listen to talking leading up to the fights… hell they had two low level fights I woulda rather watched than the talkingComment

Thanks. I was wondering what was going on. Definitely agree.

not sure i've heard any of thurman's commentary but i would throw tarver into the mix as well. at the end of the day though, they gotta capitvate the people who aren't as hardcore as us folks here on boxingscene. i suppose for some of these guys that have been in the ring or train fighters, always in the gym, seeing a big punch land is just something that comes with the territory
I get that. I don't want over the top energy, but if someone lands a good shot I like to hear a ooh or an ahhh. Something that lets me know they're into the fight, not just unemotional narrating. I do like that bread tries to b pretty fair tho. He doesn't overhype the a-side which is nice. Keef, pauli, and bread would b a good crew
