Of course the vid is taken out of context. Still if that guy can land Froch can as well and Froch is an excellent finisher.

Froch is too open and can lose a UD. I think someone like Dirrel can win if he moves without running. I havent seen much of him, but hear he is fast and has good movement. If you move smoothly then a boxer like Froch will come in slowly and can be countered. If you run like that, then Froch will own his ass. Froch is technically crap and ugly, but he has some power. I think his power is overrated highly since the Taylor KO however.
