He's 21 with no notable opponent. No thanks until he becomes the mandatory.

You clearly didn't read the piece properly. As others have already acknowledged, they need a named opponent to sell in Vegas. But no, what was obvious still became the impossible to understand for you.

Lubin is a damn retread who got an early X-mas present against Ramos. No sane boxing fan gives AF about seeing Tim squash Lubin like he squashed Harrison. Pointless fight. You wanna make a splash in Vegas, fight someone dangerous, young and hungry like Zayas.

Lubin won't last three full rounds with Tszyu. Pointless fight and fans buying tickets to that massacre will feel robbed. Tszyu is already known on these shores. No need for a soda can fight like this. You don't go from barking for Charlo to fighting a retread. Lubin is a clear step down from Mendoza.

In other words, avoid a possible loss. Good business move, bad for his credibility as a bad azz who takes on all comers.

Good matchup for Tim although I expect him to spark Lubin.
I'd love to see Tszyu v Lubin. I thought Ramos was definitely robbed, there should be a full on investigation into that result. Tszyu would/will destroy Lubin.

Agree Ramos is a more exciting fight, I thought Ramos won easily against Lubin.

Lubin is only a chance in Vegas if the judges are paid off again like the Ramos fight.

"Tim couldn't find Vegas on a map"? WTF are you talking about? Tszyu knows Vegas very well after spending 3 months there beating the **** out of sparring partners preparing for Charlo in January this year.
