Fights in Saudi ?

Does anyone know the approximate Usa time that big fights start (main event) when they are in Dubai ??? Im trying to plan for Usyk/ Fury and im taking off work to watch it .
I think Ruiz / AJ 2 was around 3 or 4 pm ???
