The thing with shakur, is he doesn’t care if people get annoyed mad or feel like they waisted their time or money. He said so himself in the post fight interview. He didn’t say all that but basically did.. “I don’t care” is what he said.

But i agree, Shakur would fight him the same way. Only difference is Tank is just as fast as Shakur going forward as Shakur is moving back. Tank would eventually catch him but I doubt either take that risk.

Id honestly prefer to see William Zepeda vs Shakur. Zepeda would definitely make him engage.
I would tune in to see Zepeda vs anybody, that guy comes to win and put on a show.

I don't think Shakur has the Power to keep Zepeda off of him. Too much activity from Zepeda. It's not Zepedas power is his constant pressure that gives his opponents problems. If no one can stop Zepeda with a power punch they will struggle with his pressure. I would prefer DLS vs Zepeda.

I feel bad for Shakur , ****ting the bed on such a big and hyped occasion is surely embarrassing for him. Having three great fighters wuth him sure doesn't help either.
I don't think its an off night when you refuse to engage, he looked as sharp as a tack and wouldn't blow a candle out at the end of 12 rounds, looked to me he was worried about Edwin all night, that's not a off night.

Shakur was hyped as the next Floyd well Pretty Boy would have got a guy like Edwin out of there, he was a 16 fight guy with a loss, Im not buying the off night I think it showed that Shakur will not engage when the opponents is a problem its a lack of commitment and it shouldn't be there with this level of opponent.

That is not the case of a bad performance, it was clearly a case of bad decision which lead to a bad performance because he was unwilling to either stay in the pocket or unwilling to let his hands go out of fear.

I knew he was a special talent when I seen him beat Tanajara.

we want to hear an excuse for a bad performance so u can get trolled about it here forever, like remember the time skakur said (insert excuse here), now people will likely forget this bad performance easier as there is no tag line to go with it, genius

Styles just didn't gel well. Santos was a counter puncher who wanted shakur to engage and shakur was happy to use a jab and edge the rounds. Both didn't land alot but Santos landed only something like 40 punches the whole fight. But for fans watching it definitely a snooze fest
