Kind of but not really. The IBF is it but Wilder's already top guy in the WBA and WBC so he has plenty of options really.

If Joshua beats Wallin and Wilder beats Parker then the only guy left above them on the ratings is Hrgovic who already has mando so when Usyk drops the IBF for the Fury rematch Hrogvic and Joshua will fight for the vacant IBF and Wilder and Wallin will fight for the elim then if Joshua and Wilder win we get Joshua vs Wilder for Joshua's first mando.
