Many posters in here (including myself) are aware of the magnitude of this fight. We are also very aware of each fighters weapons and advantages. Some (including myself again) question the possibility of Cotto being able to land anything flush , Not because he is "not that good" , but because his opponents is that good and his style doesnt favor Cotto. Now these comments by Roach have to make you wonder. Were they genuine shots as in, did pac let them hit him , or were they actually able to catch him. Either way, it only gets interesting. If these guys were able to land on him flush and effectively, he might have taken it well , but will he be able to do the same on fight night?, cuz we know what happens when Cotto is able to land flush and consistently.Thats if they did land genuinely. And Rocah did say with "some very hard shots". Now , if Paquiao was only playing with these guys , he needs to be careful and not let them hurt him enough so hell be somehow affected on fight night , by "some very hard shots". All said by roach.

What does everybody make of this?

I cant come up with an answer , He might be playing mind games , to me , If those guys were able to catch pac for real , Pac better be careful. To me it cant help him either way , if he is taking "very hard shots" it can affect him on fight night , is only a month and some days away. even if they werent genuine, and if they were , well we know what cotto will be able to do.

This is boxing man. Think of how many fights you've seen where a fighter came won the fight even after gettin rocked on several occasions???

The more likely Pac is to come back after gettin rocked in sparring by Porter....the more likely he'll be able to take Cotto's shots who is smaller than Porter.

Im sorry but Paquiao chin hasnt been tested as a ww , If he is rocked by Cotto , will he be able to stand to those shots like margarito. Cotto knows how to capitalize. And if manny gets rocked , is not like he will do the same as margarito.

Thanks for actually reading and giving me ur opinion , but i think if cotto lands consistently is not going to be a win for pac , we know what kind of shots cotto lands.
