Read the article and you will understand this move. Or do you have reading comprehension?

Just like how Otto Wallin was a complete bum when up against Fury, but now he's fighting AJ, he's suddenly a dangerous contender.

      These people are shameless.
It was the Fury fans who said Fury needed to dump Davison after the Wallin fight , it was actually John that got him canned and went on about his performance .

“Davison is terrible... anyone will likely be an improvement” This was one of Furys biggest supporters saying this it was the general consensus.

You guys gave the impression he wasn’t a good trainer to have an excuse . The good thing about this fight is not only is Wallin a common opponent but he’s going to use Davison himself to make things fare and show you how it’s done .

We've seen Joshua many times in the corner questioning and overthinking, and he may struggle to implement what Davison is trying to impart mid fight.

I could be wrong though, if he gels with and trusts Davison then maybe he can let his overthinking be done for him and just focus on following advice and instructions.
It can't be any worse than "Brilliant Josh" Mcracken. Hopefully there is a balance between the polar opposites.

I'm not surprised by this. DJ is on a losing streak with his high profile fighters, so a switch/break in the training could be floated as an excuse if Wallin pulls off the upset.

I was a boxing fan when you were pissing green , I've forget more than you'll ever know kid. Fact is I'm around pro boxers most nights and we all feel the same , we are bored with Anthony Joshua and if you knew anything about the game you'd be too. These days I just scan through Joshua's rubbish , not hang off every word in the hope that he'll prove something his static existence and weak chin will prove otherwise .It's not going to happen kid , wise up!

Soooo. Many things to take from this article.
                1. Looks like he gonna work on his transition to training with Derrick James by training with Ben Davison for fight
                2. this is Derrick James approved meaning he don’t give af he only rolls with AJ for the 10% trainer fee lol
3.(this is more opinion) Ben Davison is very good trainer. He did great with fury for the 1st wilder fight fury win that and he’s done great with Leigh wood. Dudes solid

I can see Wallin pulling off the upset here in a close contest.

I can see Wallin pulling off the upset. He was chosen because he isn't a puncher, but that has worked against AJ before.

Could be , Otto is game and does most things okay but there's nothing stand out about him and since his fight with Fury where Fury was defending a massive gash for most of the contest things have moved on and Otto is way down the list now.You could be correct here , sure as hell if we've seen Joshua and his weaknesses someone as astute as DJ will know his limits .Joshua is hanging around for his 'pot of gold' as he calls it and this is a contest he has picked out of lots he could have fought so it's the less risky , as usual. And there it goes my problem with Anthony , I get the business low risk high reward but he's never beaten any good live opponent and history won't be kind to him even with his money!, he's not a Lennox , he simply doesn't trust himself after a promising start.DJ is on a low after his top guy was dismantled and you could be right , maybe he can do without this liability.
