Its insane that Charlo hasnt fought in 28 months and the WBC hasnt stripped him for it and is letting him face a non title defense fight against a super lightweight.

WBC is a trash organization. They said that Bivol cant fight for Canelo's 168 title, blocking him from the right to become undisputed there.

The WBC has been the best of the worst in the game of alphabet soup. The WBA cut its own throat with its ridiculous splintering; a watering down of its own hollow value. The WBC showed themselves to when they appointed favorites such as Vitali Klitschko and Julio Cesar Chavez JR.

Can you imagine any of the great former middleweight champs, Carlos Monzon, Ray Robinson, Marvin Hagler or even GGG asking for a recycled, smaller guy as a tune-up, along with a free pass on the title, so that he can pull his pants back up.

But Charlo has never robbed boxing fans blind the way GGG did in his last fight when - after spending years avoiding top-tier fighters while hoping to hang around long enough for Canelo to give him a cash-out third fight - he put up the lame, uninspiring “let me just go 12 rounds and get my money” performance he did in GGG-Canelo III. He did little to sell the fight - he couldn’t even be bothered to do interviews in English - and made little effort to win during the fight. Say what you want about Charlo but you can’t say cheats the fans when he actually does fight. GGG has - and that’s why he deserves every bit of criticism he gets these days.

hey man I was a fan at one point but he refused to take ANY risks his whole career. Even now dude is ducking Fackin lara lmao.
