If you look over Corrales' career, he was only stopped early by Csamayor which was due to cuts, otherwise he has been able to get back up after each KD and fight on apart from the rematch in which Castillo came in weighing much more than him.
Corrales was the same size as Clottey though and had actually carried the weight pretty well. He fought good but wouldn't have been able to beat any of the top WW's.
Anyway, if it was a 12 round fight Clottey would have knocked him out easily. Last two rounds he had been knocked down badly and both times got a lot of extra time by spitting his mouthpiece out again. Just my two cents.
