Comments Thread For: Ngannou Willing To Wait Until Fury Faces Uysk, Wants The Rematch in 2024

MMA veteran Francis Ngannou is willing to sit on the boxing sidelines to wait for Tyson Fury to have his undisputed showdown with unified champion Oleksandr Usyk. Last month, Ngannou pushed Fury to the limit in their crossover boxing clash in Saudi Arabia.

Seems Ngannou is being badly advised , there's a rematch clause for the fury / Usyk fight and IF there is a second fight and there probably will be then that could be at the years end or the way things have been going then into 25 and whose to say Fury wins , he may but then not want to fight Ngannou for a bigger fight . Ngannou has put himself in there, he should keep this momentum. He should get himself a big name on the undercard , the Saudi's like him .There's Bakole , Parker and the big Russian all now known winning opponents from that card .He would be ****** to stand aside right now.

Ngannou may be filling the Dec 23 slot for Fury, and headlining his own card for the Saudis. Why do people still doubt his business acumen when he's repeatedly exceeded expectations? Guy has made his entire career over proving people wrong.

This is true, fury labelled himself a genius before the fight but it was ngannou who ended up looking like the smart one

they both have lots of cash, especially fury, so well done to both of them actually, fury is down at the moment but im sure not out, but as he gets older his lifestyle will eventually catch up with him

they both have exceeded expectations actually, noone gave fury that much of a shot v wlad if i remember & fat pasty fury came back from oblivion and beat wilder in the states

Man, fight a top 15 -20 contender, like others have to and earn your spot. Or just go away.

Or maybe stylistically Ngannou understands, that Tyson Fury 'Is not really going to pose him a high level of danger to the level that other top Heavyweights would'.

There is a higher danger element for Ngannou in fights vs Johsua, Wilder, Zhang, Joyce, the list goes on.

Ngannou vs Fury, going by their first fight? May well be a good stylistic match up for Ngannou.

But? Really Ngannou must understand that he should strike in the game while he is a wanted fighter 'There are many more big fights for him out there beside Fury'.

Ether Ngannou can fight at a lower level and just tick over, or he can just try and make big time fights straight out of the blocks.

Note: Team Ngannou, may not really want to play around with Joshua or Wilder. Better to just tick over, try and win a few fights and push for the Fury rematch. You would think that they would take those mega fights vs other top heavyweights? I think this information shows that Ngannou might have a specific intention and target in the game etc.

Dude is completely forgetting about his current battle vs Father Time, and everyone loses that one. Is he really going to sit on the sidelines at 37? Terrible move.
