Honestly, I’d favor today’s version of AB to beat Ryan

Cryan would get bored in there and get himself knocked out.

This is actually a good fight for both.

A quick pay day for Broner to keep his face in the streets.

A name on the resume for Ryan, who's not a real threat to him & gets him some needed rounds & experience.

Plus, the press conferences would be crazy.

Broner would never take a fight against a top ranked power puncher. He knows his career will be essentially over against such an opponent. He'll continue to keep cherry picking powerless opponents until the gig is up.

Broner had Ryan Garcia and Conor Benn on the table...yet he decided to sign with Don King instead. That's really all we need to know about how seriously we should still take Broner's career.

It sounds like Don King was willing to make the fight with Ryan Garcia.

It’s Broner who wants a tuneup first.

                  I don't think Ryan's gonna move up to 168.

Of course King would, so he can feel a sense of nostalgia as he parades around with his flags like he used to do in his glory days. But look at all the trouble Broner went through just for a TUNE-UP! Opponents falling through, dates being changed....this probably wouldn't have happened if he went to DAZN.

I think GBP/Matchroom could understand Broner's desire for a tune-up, and they have the platform/budget/dates to oblige him. But, how much would that have cost? How much is Broner getting from Don King?
