Not to be a d0u che, however y'all do realise we don't have to just compare Crawford to Mayweather... right?

Could analyse him for his strengths alone, could try to figure why Bivol said what he said in order to see if we agree or disagree etc.

Personally, I can see where Bivol's coming from but ngl (& ironically kinda BECAUSE Crawford is way more instinctive, innovative, talented, explosive & exciting) if I had to name the current world champ who best defines 'textbook' boxing, it would literally be Bivol himself.

Classic post-Corbett form, great use of range, footwork angles, varied jab, power in the cross & the hook, decent uppercut, patient & can fight inside or outside. Love him lol.

so the fight starts with Floyd winning 3 of the initial 4 rounds

Floyd would adjust faster to T-Bud than T-Bud could to Floyd

Good assessment bud is a very cerebral and capable fighter but we just haven't seen him against a plethora of elite level fighters with varying styles. We know mayweather is proven at the very top level. I think a lot of people have blown the hype out of proportion since the Spence win and forget errol himself was/is also largely unproven af elite level.

Terence Crawford is an ATG, and 1st Ballot HOF fighter! That's why I would pay to see Canelo vs. Crawford at 168! I would pay DOUBLE to see him fight Boots Ennis @ 147! Floyd would've beaten Bud at 135 and 140, but at 147, I would give Bud the edge! That's probably because what I've just witnessed? Their temperaments are different! Floyd "schooled" Sugar Shane and Pac Man, Crawford punished Porter and Spence! Boots has the same temperament as Bud!

Crawford is a counter-puncher too. But bigger, stronger and longer than Mayweather. Not slow neither. Floyd fights with his chin in the air as we saw when he got clipped vs Madonna. He’s never fought a counter-puncher longer than him, stronger than him, bigger and intelligent enough to set him up at any time.

Fliyd is overhyped because he kept midgets at arms length and hugged them when they got passed his reach. He’d get his sht pushed in vs Crawford.
