Ngannou Beats Usyk too. He could effectively unify all HW belts.

Ngannou is the current HW lineal champ. He thoroughly outboxed and beat-up Tyson Fury. no excuses. Fury himself was clapping for the decision for Ngannou. He knows who won.

Now let's talk about Usyk, Usyk is 1 punch away from a loss at HW. Ngannou is not some gunshy, glass jaw AJ. Ngannou will use his size and bully Usyk. He can throw short and long shots.

if we can be honest, Usyk shouldn't even be champion rn

Usyk is heavyweight champ, not because of being a big heavyweight puncher, but being crafty and with enough of a punch to keep most guys honest at heavyweight. He busted up AJs face pretty good and did stop Debois. Whether he can handle a big punch is still questionable, at least to the body, but he's been Okay from the headshots I've seen him take.

Granted I also think Usyk's style is based on youth since he provides a lot of movement and the second his movements slow down due to age will be the moment he gets caught with massive punches and doesn't move out of the way like he used to. So in that respect, Usyk is getting 1 punch away from no longer being one of the heavyweight champs.

but he matches up extremely well with the 2 belt holders. He already beat Fury and he would beat Usyk rather easily. MMA fighters can use their weight even more effectively. They can replicate Fury's big dosser strategy even better than Fury can.

Usyk will be clinched and tied up then leaned on. this is not gunshy glass jawed joke AJ.

He will be hit to the body in these clinches.

Any punch from Ngannou could do this

fury is not really a heavy puncher and fury tends to box and move more.... zhang will be aggressive just like ngannou. both will be trading shots but i think zhang is the better boxer here so i see zhang getting the best of ngannou.

for sure, there are bad match-ups for him.

however, USYK and Fury are literally his best match-ups. They both have glaring weaknesses that match his strength.

1 is small and weak to the body which he can smother.

the other one is a big body smotherer who can't win the clinch nor inside fighting with him.
