NYC Golden Gloves champ. Was on DiBella's team for awhile. Built a good record up by fighting primarily in NYC on DiBella's cards, like Broadway Boxing. Good fundamentals, but not great at anything. Not a very big puncher. He had a controversial draw with a journeyman (a lot of people thought he lost). Hasn't fought anyone in the top 50, let alone top 10. Probably hasn't fought anyone in the top 100. Doesn't deserve a title shot.

Nah, he's actually a pretty decent boxer. Should be a tough/competitive fight for khan. He doesn't have KO power, which I assume is the reason he's fighting Khan.

For sure. He's got some cute moves that can surprise Khan. I'm not saying he's a bad fighter, just that he hasn't done anything even close to earning a title shot... But I guess that's just how boxing works now.
