No Fury is trash and for once he was in with a guy who is much physically stronger than him.

Fury is a size bully this entire time.

this prancing fatty fought a man his size and got battered by a first timer.

A lot of boxers and fans have big egos. To act like an MMArtists cant throw hands is proof.

My team spars an elite MMA team all the time, their awkwardness serves to their advantage especially earlier as their hard to time. You have to beat them with a good boxers pace and body shots. A large majority of MMA fighters cant take punches to the body and cant fight off the backfoot.

With that said, the awkwardness worked to Ngannou's advantage. Also heavyweights arent known to have a high punch out put, so a pro MMA fighter has a better chance of making it to the final bell. Lastly, 1 thing Fury has been able to get away with is being the bigger/stronger man on the clinch. Against an MMA fighter, its a horrible gameplan to try to clinch. If you noticed Floyd walked McGregor down behind combinations. Grant it, McGregor still hurt Floyd to the body as well.

I got blasted a few months back when I said that if Fury can't disrupt you by clinching and leaning all his weight on you, he'll gas and not have his usual advantages.

You could tell from the first clinch he was ****ed. Francis is built like a brick ****house, and is trained to wrestle.

Nobody seems to be mentioning one thing here: The constant stance switching and power in both hands. Ngannou even smoked Fury with a straight left from the Southpaw stance. There's no way Fury gameplanned for something like that.

Fury took Ngannou lightly, and paid the price.

I been saying it for years that Fury is overrated. So many of his fans were trying to make him out to be the GOAT. And now he got exposed. He's still a great boxer though.

Ngannou is just a beast. He's proven himself to be the best heavyweight fighter on the planet. No other fighter has been able to do as well as him in both MMA and boxing.

Ngannou has a very high work-ethic. He's a very determined guy...strong, fast and very athletic. He's also a quick learner, and has that Mike Tyson seek and destroy mentality. A lot of people, including Fury, underestimated him.
