In another thread, posters claim modern boxers need 12 WEEKS of training. Maybe Crawford is a New Age boxer and requires 12 MONTHS of training before a fight.

Boxing would be so much better with a sanctioning body that requires 3 fights per year

Sounds crazy seeing fighters with multiple belts able to get away with fighting once a year.
