Anyway, Floyd said the fight had to take place on 19 December 2009 in Houston, Texas... on a 142lbs catch weight..., had to be a "6 rounds" fight, 15 onz heavily padded gloves and in a ring as big as a football stadium.

Plus, Paul Williams needs to KO Pavlik within the first 4 rounds on 5 DEC 2009. If not, PW was not a worthy opponent cause he alredy lost to Carlos Quintana and has not had a significnt win. Margarito was a nobody and Winky was over the hill.
