The US ranks only 47th in terms of life expectancy, well after many Asian countries. And when you factor in that US males have substantially lower life expectancy than females, it's even worse for men compared to their worldwide counterparts.

Top 10 are Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Switzerland, Singapore, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Malta, and Australia.

Those countries all have average heights and weights substantially lower than the US, usually in the 140-160lb range.

The data is very clear that the notion that Western countries are healthier because they're bigger is complete crap. In fact, that particular attitude has deep roots in lies told by bigots to push insular discrimination policies.
Bro even and after all that, I wouldn't want to be a 137 pounds. You can live as love as you want..

Basically, Americans are so used to being fat, very fat, or insanely fat for the most part and surrounded by them, that their definition of fat is warped.

I recall a thread a little while ago of someone who claimed to be around Canelo's height (around 5'8" = approximately 170cm I'm assuming) and was not exactly muscular but "in shape", weighing around 180 lbs. Well 68 inches 180 lbs is a BMI 27.37, which is very solidly in the middle of overweight (25-30). The borderline for healthy weight range is considered 164 lbs.
Most 180 pounds, 5 ft 8 are fat bastards

Alvarez muscle mass/bone density is impressive given that he’s 5 ft 7 or 5 ft 8

Had Naoya start his career at even 126

he’d be a HUGE star today

          126 130 135 140

the TINY weight classes don’t have blacks and mexicans

need to beat western fighters to become a global star

Depends on the height. If you're 5'7 I'm sure that's normal. I'm 6'4 so I couldn't imagine being that light lol But my dad is 5'7 and that MF weighs more than I do.

I just checked my BMI for the first time in decades (It's deceiving AF if you're fit/workout) and 22.2 so.....nice

Tiny weight classes are full of Mexicans, bro. Japan/Mexico is an old school boxing rivalry. Mainly Mexicans IN Mexico though, not Mexican Americans

Inoue's first title win was against a Mexican. Adrien Hernendez who was a bad MF at 108

Inoue's like 5' 4", not 5' 7". Unless you really think Inoue's just an inch shorter than Crawford.
