So far, Cotto is sparring with 3 welterweights

Kenny Abril (Popular Jr. WW from Rochester)

Fred Tukes (A 36 year old WW)

Frankie Figueora (A WW who recently sparred with Cotto during his last fight againts Clottey and is preparing for his upcoming fight on Nov. 4 againts Rashad Holloway)

Hopefully these guys can emulate Pacquiaos move and help Cotto come Nov. 14.

Calderon for all reasons should be on that list, it will help boost Cotto's reflex and timing.
      Good looking out!!!

I agree! He would have to be stronger than Marg, Torres or Judah to hurt him though. To KHTFO is another story.

Even if Pacman ****s harder than Margarito, Cotto will not get knocked out like HAtton. It will be a tough fight and strength-wise Cotto is stronger. Pacman is now dancing in very dangerous grounds. He is not a Duran, who can go up to middleweight and still is tough. Imo Pacman looks not as fast as in the lighter weights. He is more technical and a better boxer, but this is Cotto and Cottos Record speaks for himself. If he can take good shots from Shane, than he can also take the shots from Pacman.

Theire are way too many preditions and too much thinking about the fight. Imo a good gameplan can change the whole outcome of the fight. Imo Pacman will try to make it a tactical battle and he has to. I expect a fight plan like in the De la Hoya fight, in and out, trying to steal rounds, trying to frustrate trying not to disturb Cottos rythem. Pacman has to be very fast and agile, than he can win the fight. But Cotto is a very patient and he can adapt and turn around the outcome. It will be a very good fight.

THis fight wouldn't even be competitive. Pac will make Cotto fight underwater.

Cotto is a fool for accepting this fight in the 1st place. Cotto's face is going to get smashed to pieces. Poor Cotto
