But they would start something of their own and honestly , I wouldn’t be surprised
They Would line themselves very similar to what the UFC has done
Very proud people , sometimes even to proud , which I’m not gonna get into but they do enjoy calling something there own
Get what I’m saying and that would be my reasoning why they would never buy the orgs
    This is what I believe

I think the saudis might eventually have their own organisation that breaks away from the rest. Like UFC. people forget that's a company within a sport, not a sport itself, but essentially they're the main thing.

Although i still think the saudis will keep the likes of Hearn, Warren etc on board because they need promoters and stables to develop fighters in their own countries for them but with the end game of the best ones ending up in some Saudi organisation. Why wouldn't promoters go along with it if they're getting big money out of it too?

Then again, they might even keep WBC on board just for some heritage and legitimaticy , maybe that's why Sauliman is always licking their balls.

If that was to happen, the days of the WBO, IBF etc could be numbered.

The saudis have already got Warren and Hearn on the same team, already got TNT and DAZN doing Co broadcasts. All they need is a couple of American promoters and a broadcaster on board. Get one governing body involved and discard everyone else.

It would actually be ideal for the saudis. Opetaia just got stripped by IBF because he didn't wanna turn down his saudi payday. That shows their money will take priority over a belt. If the Saudis are serious about running boxing, it would be beneficial to make the likes of the IBF become irrelevant so the governing body politics don't interfere with fights.

Obviously they cant do it instantly because boxing is such a fragmented sport, so it'll take time to get everyone on board that they need, but once they have that, it wouldn't at all to see a few major boxing players and the saudis break off into a new organisation. They've already got the only 2 major players in British boxing promoters and networks in bed with them.

It would be so hard to measure and I suspect Mauricio would massively inflate the value to any potential buyer.

What are you thinking? The Saudi’s potentially buying the ABC’s out?

I think and I do say we’re almost saying the same thing besides agreeing to keep the org ( WBC )
But yeah I can agree with you
