Heavyweights. Weight discrepancy doesn't matter nearly as much. Or did you miss David Haye schooling Valuev?

You're celebrating a welterweight fighting a SUPER MIDDLEWEIGHT. It's nowhere near the same thing and you know it.
Roy Jones Jr. went from LHW to HW! Oscar and Margarito WAY BIGGER than Floyd and Manny! "Size Matters," but "Skills Pay the Bills!" I hope they do it, and I'll favor Terence Crawford to beat Canelo @ 168!

There's no issue with Crawford fighting a 154 pounder.

Anything higher is a circus - outlaw mudshow that isn't respecting the sport. Period.

When Jones fought Ruiz the Cruiserweight division was not widely accepted - in other words it was the "Bridgerweight" of the time.

Our friend Jaron Ennis Boots is being left out again. So much for a Showtime fighter.

The only “period “ is, Crawford fighting anyone above 154 is a duck of Boots, Stankonia AND Spence. Period.

He'll fight Spence again, and I would not call him a duck for fighting Canelo. He's on his last legs, so I can't blame him for going for the BIG BAG! As much as I LOVE BOOTS, Cameron Dunkin is failing him! What does Boots do now? He had a contract with SHO and not PBC. Now Stanionis is fighting Thurman, both PBC, and SHO is out of the boxing business! I hope and pray, he doesn't waste his prime!
