Keyshawn is skillful and talented but he can switch off in fights and allow guys to have success has happened in his last couple performances. Don't know if that's because he's stepped up in opposition or it's not the opposition he can get up for.. if it's pedraza next then hopefully he goes up a few gears in thereSweetPbfAli likes this.

I don’t see Keyshawn getting anywhere at 135. He needs another 5-6 fights with fighters on his level. His pace is too slow and his power fades down the stretch. I think he needs to stop thinking he’s Bud or Shakur and take the build up pathway. If he steps up too high, he gets sparked.Tony Trick-Pony likes this.

I honestly think we are seeing the ceiling of skills for Keyshawn. He is slower than most middleweights and that is not going to work at 135. He is missing something or a number of things. The IT factor isn't there at all.

Tim Bradley's commentary was disgusting. Keisha The Businesswoman Davis is overrated. There was nothing wrong with davis, Albright was just a better opponent than the ones he had faced. Nahir is a good fighter, and had he gotten more than 1 fight a year he could've probably beaten keyshawn, who should've been way sharperLast edited by tkoboxingscene; 10-15-2023, 01:27 AM.

It's already time for Keyshawn Davis to step up against more tested opposition.
He is ranked:
12th place in WBC
7th place in WBA
8th in IBF
8th in WBO
Someone like Frank Martin or Raymond Muratalla would be interesting. I include Jamaine Ortiz onto the mix but he likely already moved up.

You just can't make it up.
I had a feeling this would be close because Albright was riding high. And on the podcast I even specifically said Davis needs to put a stamp on the win - and he didn't. It almost cost him. But he's only got 10 fights. It's early and he's young. There's time yet to refine his craft.
The answer is not to just go out there swinging, which is how you end up with a Blair Cobbs situation.

Floy Kid Austin been calling out Keyshawn as well. Who is ducking who? Keyshawn or Kid Austin.
I want Zepeda to fight Shakur. Once you become he man of the Division everyone will call Shakur out. The same way everyone calls out Canelo and Tank, nobody ducks them an they are supposed to be so great.
