Comments Thread For: Tim Tszyu-Brian Mendoza: Stats and Stakes

By Cliff Rold - The future of lineal, unified junior middleweight champion Jermell Charlo in the division he made home is unclear. After a lopsided loss to Saul Alvarez at super middleweight, a return makes sense. The division has to keep moving in the meantime. Tim Tszyu was supposed to fight Charlo earlier in 2023 but a hand injury knocked the champ out of the ring and Tszyu's......

Two lines that stuck out...... (1) unless he doesnt (re:/ Chalo) and "the safe pick"

Start with # (1) --Let's keep Chalo's name out of the talk tonight tonight it is two guys willing to fight who have fighter mentality and no matter what you think of there skills they have shown they are willing to fight so let's give them the stage tonight and not talk about those they fail to fight even after entering the ring...........

then there is number (2) --- "the safe pick" is there a safe pick when you say it like that ? that usually means people are not really sure who the winner could or should or will be. I see a fight breaking out i predict some tension in the fans tonight that all makes for a good fight in the end. Lets keep the ref's out of it, lets keep the judges out of it let just hope that they both beat the hell out of each other and may the best man win..............

Notes ; Reguarding Chalo a.k.a. shallow Chalo the boy who never got his act together so has to pretend to be somebody.....same goes for his brother too.......

I reckon this will be a very close fight, as a Australian with Russian heritage I am cheering for Mendoza. Tim's can fight and has skills but his arrogant personality annoys me and I blame the Aussie media for most of it as they have their heads so far up Tszyu's ass it's embarrassing!

In saying this may the best man win....
