He made more of a stylistic reference about Mendoza not throwing a lot of punches and that being problematic vs someone like Tyszu. That’s not an excuse.

I like Shakur but his boxing prognostication prowess is wanting. Tszyu can be hit, that's for sure. But his fire in the belly and willingness to take a shot to give one separates him from the Charlo's of the world. Make no mistake, what Tim lacks in boxing skills is overcompensated by his will and drive. Not that he has poor boxing skills. He's gotten better as his career has progressed. Tszyu is a puncher, not a boxer, in every sense of the word. Let's see how he does against Mendoza and then we can see what Shakur says.

I take my hat off to anyone that steps in the ring. However, 99% of boxers have sh***y boxing predictions bc they pick who they root for. How come they have big balls when stepping in the ring, but they're ******* when having to speak their mind instead of their heart.

I can see Shakur after retirement going the Tim Bradley commentary route with the customary questionable fight picks. Hopefully with the HOF induction too but that's far from certain as of now.

I'm not sure about this fight but I dropped 91 bucks on Mendoza to win 500. It's worth a shot!

Tim Tszyu leaves himself very open for right hands.

Great fight. I'll drop some paper on Mendoza in a mild upset. Both guys are hungry. I think Mendoza is just a little hungrier.
