We can probably all agree that the pandemic was a drag. But when it comes to the International Boxing Hall of Fame, we didn't know how good we had it. The COVID-prompted triple induction ceremony in 2022 yielded an historic collection of fighters who'd been no-brainers from the moment they appeared on the ballot. In fact, it's no stretch to suggest the nine modern male inductees across those three years were as good a run as the Hall has ever had.

Hatton in before Laciar, Roman, Michalczewski, Starling, and Nunn??? This is especially the case when he vacated a belt at 147 to move back down without ever attempting ot defend it. Won't mention the looooong list of great fighters that have never even made the ballot.

Add the IBHOF voting system to the legitimacy of these sanctioning bodies and modern day big fight judging - it's a joke.

Fit Simmons is an absolute Knob. Hatton and f%ing PAZIENZA over Eubank, Chico Corrales, Casamayor, Wilfred Vasquez, and Benn? what a joke. "gentleman start your vitriol"..the same way you started drinking whiskey before you compiled this hack list Lyle? How someone with such poor knowledge of the sport continues to get headlines on Boxing scene is a mystery to the public. What A f%ing clown. Vinny Pazienza... Is this guy trying to be funny or something?

As much as I disagree with Paz or hatton being inducted with this year being so lean with big names ,I say one of them will be so there’s a big name to draw people to hof
personally I would like to see a Calderon, romain,Vasquez snr or arce get in or even a benn or eubank

Man, you got these motherfxckers in there before Nigel Benn or Chris Eubank?

I'm not from the U.K., but even I know monumental those dudes were for British boxing.

Both better than Ricky Hatton, to me.

He needed to beat either Floyd or Pac or at least give them a good fight to get it, but they both blew his ass out, so he's a no to me.

Wow - no vitriol, but “no votes” on Diego Corrales (and several others)? Did I read that right? C gets my vote-if-I-had-one for his one fight and the way he went out. Both boxing HOF worthy because they reflect the sport’s essence of not soul.
