Well if he can't get Mayweather to fight him he might as well look for the second biggest fight. Especially if Cotto is able to beat the #1 P4P fighter- Pacquiao. He knows Pacquiao wont fight him either because he's bigger and has more reach than him. Pacquiao picked Cotto after thinking that he might be vulnerable. So I'm sure Mosley wants Cotto just in case he wins.
