I’d rather someone like Jared Anderson, Bakole, Frank Sanchez, even a Hrgovic rematch. I like Parker as a person, but him and Ortiz are just nothing fights for a guy who is just waiting on his title shot.

Well, they want more attractive names, that ZZ can beat, and Parker and Ortiz are the one. They bring more publicity

They do not want Hrgovic because he is dangerous and they know that ZZ could lose again. Fans want remach but Zhang never asked for one. Hrgovic made statement that he is willing to fight him. You can like or dislike Hrgovic but he was not scared of ZZ and he took some hard punishment but he continued to put pressure on ZZ. These are facts.

And with a 2 way rematch clause that feels like its 90% likely to happen outside of the loser not being able to fight right away giving the winner an opportunity to fight Filip in the meantime.

Zhang is probably not seeing a belt fight til sometime in 2025 being the IBF mando & with how the Fury vs Usyk 2 fight deal will play into it. If AJ beats Filip for the belt the move for Zhang might be to be AJ's first defense in late 2024/early 2025.

There is NO Joshua Hrgovic fight for title, only Wallin Hegovic because Wallin will be ranked 2nd and Joshua will remain on 3rd place.

Well there is no official date for Fury vs Usyk, just a ambiguous statement from somewhere claiming that the fight is agreed.

Many fights in boxing history have been agreed, with no official date or location 'I don't think the Fury vs Usyk fight is 100% agreed as of yet'.

So there is still a chance that Zhang could fight ether Fury or Usyk next 'If not he definitively needs to be aiming at a mega fight or a big fight'.

Fights that could possibly happen are Joshua, Wallin 'I think a fighter like Wallin who has been gaming for a big fight for a long time since his fights with Fury, would have to take the fight vs Zhang if it was offered'.

That fight may also be good match making for Zhang, because Wallin when he was just a domestic to European level fighter 'Battered and busted up Tyson Fury real good, a Fury who was weighing in at 254 pounds'.

Note: If Zhang ****s out Wallin, it would only add more momentum to his title challenge vs Fury or Usyk etc.
