I think Cotto has the best chance at beating Mayweather, I don't know what gives me that feeling. But I also have the feeling that Cotto will lose to Pacman and Pacman will lose to floyd.

Cotto ... he has the size and power advantage but also has sufficient speed to trouble pac and may ... even though they're faster

Cotto.

1) He has these skills for Pacquiao:
- the timing that annhilated Pacquiao against Morales I.
- the powerful jab
- the body punching to take away Pacquiao's speed.
- the double left hook to the body/head
- the right cross to bother fast southpaws.
Cotto is all bad for the Phillipino fighter because he possesses all the skills that bothered him in his previous opponent.

2)He has those skills for Mayweather:
- the selective punching to not get countered to death by Mayweather.
- the effective pressure to prevent Mayweather to choose the rythm of the fight.
- the body punching that bothered Mayweather's philly shell against Castillo.

Mayweather is just a cut above Pacquiao who is in turn a cut above Cotto in my opinion.
