    Where Did Puerto Rico Go

Mexico's archenemy has been MIA since Miguel Cotto.

Felix Verdejo was promising then disappeared

Is Cuba taking Puerto Rico's place now

It's still there. Just east of the Dominican.

Puerto Rico has been doing better compared to a few years ago, they have Oscar Collazo, Jonathan Gonzalez, Emmanuel Rodriguez, Subriel Matias and the upcoming prospect Xander Zayas.

In the other hand, while Mexico is producing decent and entertaining champions like Alexandro Santiago, Luis Alberto Lopez and Mauricio Lara once in a while, there aren't any outstanding talents. Big Fan of Navarrete and William Zepeda but they don't have any outstanding wins.
