Anyone truly surprised? The Charlo brothers were clinging to relevancy with their hiatus for their shot at the Canelo sweepstakes.

As a Canelo fan I just don’t get it. Everyone wants him to fight Benevidez, who we saw didn’t have the power to knock out Plant. Even if Benevidez outworked him, I think the haters would be the first to say Canelo would have the edge on the cards. So truly what would he be afraid of? I agree doesn’t do anything for his legacy but neither do these fights either. Who would really satisfy?

I can only hope he saves Benevidez for last to build the hype. Cause I don’t think he’s the big bad everyone makes him out to be. Do I think he gives Canelo a challenge definitely, do I see him beating him nope.

He definately gives Canelo a better fight than Charlo.
But I got Canelo by UD when they fight.

It's a fight Charlo was never going to win, I think if he was more aggressive he would have been knocked out but we'll never know. I'm not a Charlo fan but I think he wasn't disgraced, Canelo is an amazing boxer.

I've been saying for years that Charlo is overrated, he was never going to beat Canelo. Canelo is much stronger, much more skilled and he has a much better chin. Time for Charlo to stop running a face Tszyu.

Just like Canelo said, it’s easier to see him from the outside, and think you are going to beat him, but once you are in there is a different story! Some people I heard saying Jermell fought beautiful

thing is plenty of fighters made it look easy against clenelo. bivol made it look super easy. So much so that clenelo ran away from a rematch. golovkin back in 2017 made it look it easy. I and the majority of the public had him winning the second fight too in 2018. little old feather fisted gayweather jr made it look easy. clenelo even got walked down in that fight LMAO! lara made it look easy. austin trout made it look easy. clenelo is overrated as hell.
