    Jermell Charlo left the ring with one more loss and one less belt than when the night began. Tim Tszyu was officially upgraded to WBO junior middleweight titlist the moment Charlo's name was announced ahead of his failed challenge of Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez's fully unified super middleweight crown. An event billed as 'Undisputed vs. Undisputed' rang true until the pre-fight introductions, at which point Tszyu advanced from his previous interim title status to full titleholder per an August 3 ruling which permitted Alvarez-Charlo to move forward.

              Can Charlo make 154, hopefully he can, but having to win back his titles against a dollar store champion sucks, Charlo would knock Tim but dim out

              Crawford would destroy timmy, make this fight happen!

                  Tszyu was his mandatory anyway so if Jermell fights him next it's as if none of this even matters.

                      To be fair on Timmy - he did everything to try and fight Mell. You can't blame him for this.

                                  Nice point you raised regarding the weight. If I were his manager I would give him 2 soft touches( fights)at 160. Later match with one of the Champs at 160 to win a belt.

                                      He's not getting back to 154 now AND fighting effectively. He should get back down to 160 and work on becoming a unified champ their - he can do it by fighting the winner of Janibek - Galtieri - let Tim and Bud chase him up to 160 - thats all from his perspective best interests.

                                      As a fan I'd love to see Bud vs Charlo at 154 or Tim vs Bud.
