Only going back to make 154 might not be like its always been for him, he may find there is extra to lose that wasn't there before.

You don't know what will happen because they have not fought, so it's ****** to think that crawford has no chance. Crawford believes he can compete, is an elite fighter with way more skills than canelo, and has way more confidence in himself than jermell. Canelo is not even a big puncher and has poor stamina.

That was against a 23yr old Canelo with lower weight discrepancy, they fought at 150lbs when floyd already fought twice at 154lbs.

that version of canelo has a huge chance of getting pummeled or outboxed by Bud as well.

Fast forward to today, Bud is going to jump 3 full weightclasses to fight canelo and that’s just insane to do.

No one here has provided a good explanation as to how canelo beats crawford except say "duh...he is big". Get some new material you casuals.

So the guy who won't rematch Errol at 154 is going to go up 3 divisions to take on the undisputed champion at 168, who also happens to have an iron chin and explosive power.

You guys keep thinking he's going to be the same guy he is now or that Canelo is Errol.

He would get bullied, just like what happened with Jermell last night.

Yeah as highly as I rate Crawford and thinks he's the more talented of the two, he has absolutely no business being in the ring at 168 v Canelo.

Fighters make the mistake of thinking they walk around at 170+ so they can just fight at 168 and be fine but it doesn't work like that. you have to get used to fighting bigger fighters over a period of time and adjusting to it. that's why all smart fighters like Canelo gradually moved through weights. that's why Usyk took an easy fight at HW and then a slightly harder fight before taking on Joshua and that was only one weight class difference

I don't care how skilled you are, you leave a lot of your talent advantages at the door when you're jumping up three divisions.

You guys write crawford off as if he would pull off the same performance like jermell or amir khan. Hush now clown. This is an elite level guy who has more skills than canelo and has good power himself. Oh, he has to fight spence one way or another. He is contractually obligated to do it.

That being said, canelo should fight the winner of benavidez/andrade. This is just hypothetical talk about what would happen between crawford/canelo. It is not a bad match for crawford like what you casuals make it out to be.

Clown...you're expecting to see the same guy 168 that he is now at 147. Ridiculous. It's an awful matchup, as he would be giving up 20-25lbs on fight night.

Part of me hopes the fight happens so he can get KTFO and you loons can go into hiding.
