You right. And the way I see it, Charlo is a bigger threat than anyone Canelos fought lately other than Bivol. So I dont get it.
People here are thinking Canelos better than he really is and thinking Charlos worse than he really is I guess.

Because nobody is hyping the fight up. This will probably bomb ppv wise. There were still floor seats available earlier in the week. This is boxing y'all punching each other in the face I don't want to hear all this professional bs. Controversy sells point blank! Talk mess do numbers hug at the end let the guy and crowd know you respect collect check and hype the fight

        It's an interesting dynamic.
Canelo has regressed over time (stamina, punch output), but fought top level opposition.

Charlo has actually looked good in 2nd fight with Castano; made necessary adjustments.

Charlo's CV is nothing like Canelo's of course.

Tells you it could be an even fight, if it wasn't for the detractors:
        1. Lack of activity (Charlo fights once a year at most)
        2. Going up 2 weight divisions and in 1st fight fighting Canelo (in his comfortable weight class)

Even for a naturally big guy and big puncher like Charlo it may be biting off more than hew could chew.
Derrick James has to come up with something special this time.
Charlo's size over smaller opponents will not be a deciding factor this time.

Canelo is thrilled he doesn't have to see Bivol again.

You dumbass.
That's awesome. Let Redballs fight Beterbiev instead of ducking him for years. Ok shut up.

He is deferring to Canelo because he is his paymaster. Absolutely not taking a slight chance to irk Canelo and risk a monetary loss

Redballs at least has balls, unlike Buttplug biev who can't find his and won't fight Bivol.
