It’s no wonder Dazn is in such a mess… as far as they are marketing this crap , to them this is then classed as a ‘mega fight’ they are without doubt in debt and clueless

These boxers and their handlers should take less $$ and fight more often. They'd get more money and the fans would be happier. As it is now, they wait so long that they get to that retirement check moment. Boxer's careers are short. Too short for this BS where the non-boxers have to make their bundle.Comment

No promoter wanted to sign him. Not Mayweather, not Haymon.
And Haney got lucky he was at the right place at the right time.
DAZN was spending money like drunken sailors and many fighters
benefited from such abundance of money. Mikey Garcia got $7 mil for fighting Vargas, FCOL.
And Garcia is now retired.
Haney was also able to use his DAZN income as bargaining chips in the Kambosos fights.
He's a nobody without DAZN/Hearn sheltering him from his homeless state, promotionally speaking.

Lol even Eddie himself openly admits its messed up to charge fans fckn ppv on top of a monthly sub fee to watch 2 dudes with relative small following and honestly didnt look that great in their last bouts. They better put up one helluva stacked card or something or it will surely flock to add another L to Dazn's already red numbers.Comment

So they are guaranteeing two boring fighters more money than they can pay them, while saying that the PPV will give them the ability to pay....when no one is going to buy the PPV?
Great marketing strategy. At least Progais seems to have some self awareness as to what level he is at. Haney is absolutely delusional if he thinks anyone is paying to wach his boring ass. Loma sold that fight, and Haney lost whatever good will he had that night by losing and getting the BS decision.
Hearn looks more and more like a moron as time passes.Comment
