Both have had belts at 175 since before Canelo/GGG 1 and still haven’t fought each other. If everyone thinks Canelo is a coward and duck for not having fought Benavidez now, then p.ussy is the appropriate word for those two ball-less Russians.

If u ever go to Montreal, ask to spar Beterbiev, I'm sure he's a gentleman and would give u a round or two. Just make sure b4 the bell rings, that u tell him u think he's p.ssy lol

He had a hand fractured in 2 places. Tszyu is a much easier opponent than Cinnabon, and doesn't bring in anything close to the monetary value.

          The question to ask himself:
Who will want to fight him when he loses?
Everyone at 154, he still holds all of the belts besides the WBO.

He shouldn't understand any of that loser mentality that you spewed. Charlo is an undisputed champion, top 10 P4P fighter that Cinnabon avoided when he was at 154. Maybe the jump in weight classes may be too much, but that's a challenge worth taking if he wants to cement himself in history and as one of the best to do it.

If he wins, the world is at his feet, and if he loses, he still has 3 belts at 154, a huge bankroll, and options for more. Charlo will definitely be in there going for the win, its how he's wired, if you haven't already noticed.

Whether its Canelo or Bud Crawford Fanatics, the narrative of snarky, **** talking comments directed towards him is a curious thing to say the least.
And of course he's going to say things like that because he's SUPPOSED to be confident. If a fighter doesn't have confidence in himself then he shouldn't step in the ring correct? At any rate I RESPECT Charlo for having the courage to step up and go 2 weight classes out of his zone and chase another level of status to boost his place in the hierarchy of Champions.
And for the record all these comments about the man avoiding Tsyzu etc....are just narratives coming from hardcore ignorance and dislike for the man himself for whatever reason " boxing fans " choose to use as justification for bashing this kid..Looking forward to a good fight and it will be interesting to see if Charlo should win, how the naysayers will react to it
              Completely agree

Nobody blames Charlo for taking the Canelo fight, but he can't say nobody was trying to fight him. People were lined up to fight him. Spence wanted to fight him. Crawford wanted to fight him. Tszyu wanted to fight him. The same people that wanted to fight him before Canelo will still want to fight him after, win or lose.

I don't necessarily think that he was speaking about within his weight class. When he says big guys, he's speaking about literal size and name value. Those same fights that were going to be available to his brother, Jermall, that would be lucrative and bolster his name, would now come knocking and asking for him, if he beats Cinnabon.

Doesn't matter if they want to fight you or not. It's still up to you to reject them.
You can always get yourself slightly injured, then pretend it takes a year to heal.
You act as if you're quick to accept fights. You don't.

I guess at 168 that means Benavidez. Other than that, 168 isn't all that marketable. Plant and Andrade aren't big fights. And nobody is a big fight at 160 lol. Honestly, if he wins, his biggest money fight would be a rematch. After that, I guess Benavidez or Crawford.
