Only if they aren't willing to shell out the money for good opponents anyway.

The problem with guys with skills & style like Hitchins is that they play it safe for too much of the fight. Zepeda looked utterly defeated by the 5th round. By the 9th he looked ready to go. He could have or should have stepped on the gas, walked Zepeda down & forced the stoppage

His corner was telling him to press harder & instead kept playing it safe & walking backwards. I 100% agree with “hit & don’t get hit”. But there comes a point where youre completely outclassing a guy who can’t hit you and you need to hit him MORE.
Without a doubt Hitchins is going to have to get more aggressive in his future fight's, and not worry so much about getting hit in the chin.
He was catching hell from the fans in the arena, and on this platform for coming across as being boring/not exciting enough, that said I respect his boxing skills.
His corner was urging him to go after Zepeda n more, believing that he could get a stoppage win, but Hitchins chose to argue with them rather than listen to their sound advice.

Therefore, he's not expected to get another willing partner to dance with him anytime soon. But he should take any fight to stay active, when none is available.
Totally agree. Now’s the time to revisit the Montana Love fight.

He definitely was more exciting against Bauza, but he was apparently leery about getting caught by Zepeda.
Due to having felt Zepedas' power on the few times that Zepeda was able to connect on him during the fight.

Not bad at all. Probably possible. I was thinking he needs to fight Gary Russell if we're gonna get any excitement outta him.
