It is a bit of an old boys club truth be told. But Ian John Lewis makes a lot of horrific calls too. More youth and more diversity required in the BBBoC. England Boxing (the amateur setup) on the other hand has a fair amount of diverse representation in terms of ages and races. I've officiated all across the UK on amateur shows and box cups over the years, and it's day and night compared to the pros.

Yeah it’s jobs for the boys isn’t it, I’m sure you have to be recommended or seconded by somebody to get on the board so it’s essentially just people employing their mates.
