          I think he's hoping for a shot at the winner of Prograis - Haney first.

          And let's remember that Prograis won his belt against Zepeda in the first place.

              WBC is full of it. Fury and Mall Charlo and Canelo are prime examples.

              But the point is that Hitchins isn't going after any Top Rank fighters until he wins his bonafides with the options reasonably available to him, and that thinking that beating the guy that got Prograis the title in the first place should start to put him in contender status isn't unreasonable.
