Frank vs Anderson, let's rock that one and Ruiz can face the winner, if he doesn't price himself out.

It's not hard to figure out if you're remotely observant or knowledgeable about the situation but since you don't know, I'll fill you in on the basic details. Firstly, Sanchez is NOT 31. He is closer to 41. The Cuban boxers who reach US soil regularly lie about their age because by the time they successfully escape Cuba they're typically close to 40.
As far as what's going on in Cuba, they are a Communist nation that gets the large majority of its imported goods from China. Since the economic collapse of Venezuela in 2015, another major trading partner of Cuba, the Cuban economy has been decimated to the point where they no longer have the money to pay for the bulk of Chinese imports. Also, the pandemic in 2020 caused prices to skyrocket even higher in Cuba for basic goods and since the war in Ukraine, China has been sending a lot more military and economic aid to Russia, lessening their exports to Cuba even more.
Castro, who once was seen as a liberator and hero to most Cubans, is now effectively to blame for the poor state of the Cuban people by isolating his country from countries that are neither Communist (China) nor Autocracies (Russia, Venezuela).

Unless you're privy to information I'm not aware of, I don't know if Sanchez is wholly to blame for his situation. No one is chomping at the bit to fight a slick, Cuban heavyweight with a low profile. He is the definition of high risk, low reward right now. Jared Anderson, who is much younger and has more potential and time to wait, is likely going to experience a similar problem as his career progresses.
