    Robeisy Ramirez has a date and a site for his next fight. Now all that the WBO featherweight champion needs is to secure an opponent. The Nevada State Athletic Commission approved a November 4 date for Bob Arum's Top Rank Inc., Ramirez's promoter, at its monthly meeting Tuesday morning in Las Vegas.
